Smart Rack Cards™: Tourism has gone digital—and discovery belongs in your pocket!™
Welcome to Smart Rack Cards™. By accessing or using our website, Digital Tourist Kiosks™, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Smart Rack Cards™ is a service of the recently merged entity including Visitor Centers International.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Smart Rack Cards™ provides a digital platform for destination discovery, including:
Digital Tourist Kiosks™: Interactive hubs for regional tourism information.
Smart Rack Cards™: Multimedia digital brochures featuring Action Taps™.
Destination Deals™: Digital coupon and promotion delivery systems.
AI Discoveries: Community information, videos, and audio generated using AI technology (including the "Bugsy and James" series).
DIY Responsibility: Business users utilizing our DIY portal are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of the information provided on their Smart Rack Cards™.
Intellectual Property: By uploading images, logos, or text, you warrant that you own the rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions.
Concierge Service: If you opt for our Concierge service, you authorize Smart Rack Cards™ to use content from your public website to create your digital card. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final output.
Pricing Tiers: We offer DIY subscription plans at $1, $2, and $3 per week (billed annually or quarterly/semi-annually/annually for $3 tier).
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
No Refunds: Due to the ultra-low-cost nature of our weekly service tiers, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your DIY portal. Upon cancellation, your Smart Rack Card™ will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will be removed from the Digital Tourist Kiosk™.
Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate Community Fact Sheets, videos, and audio Discoveries. While we strive for high-quality representation:

We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or "human-perfect" quality of AI-generated summaries.
Users and businesses are encouraged to notify us of any significant factual errors for correction.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Post "Destination Deals™" that are misleading or fail to be honored at your place of business.
Attempt to disrupt the service or access data not intended for your use.
Use the platform to distribute "spam" or unauthorized promotional material.
All brand names, including Smart Rack Cards™, Digital Tourist Kiosk™, Action Taps™, and Destination Deals™, as well as the "Bugsy and James" characters and branding, are the intellectual property of Smart Rack Cards™. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without express written consent.
Smart Rack Cards™ provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee a specific volume of traffic, number of scans, or Return on Investment (ROI) for any business. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our Smart Rack Cards™ often contain "Action Taps™" that link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms of Use as our technology and AI features evolve. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
